Narcissistic? Self-indulgent? Super good looking? Then this is for you …
(Almost unsurprisingly) The pop-up Museum of Selfies is an interactive exploration of the history and cultural phenomenon of the selfie – the image of self that has roots dating back 40,000 years. Installations look at the origin and evolution of the selfie through art, history, tech, and culture. From a creator’s perspective it might be interesting to see how selfies have evolved through time, … or it might be boring af. You’ll never know unless you try.
The admission may seem a little steep at $25, but nothing good is free. Hit the site here to reserve your slot. Apr 1 – May 31.
